HitRECord

I don't know how many of you have heard of this little community, but I thought it would be fitting to share, especially because of what we talked about last class. Hitrecord is Joseph Gordon-Levitt's pet project, an online collaborative community where everyone shares and borrows and remixes other people's work to create new, (hopefully) better pieces. Check out the site at www.hitrecord.org

Below are some examples of collaborations:
this one is narrated by Gary Oldman!^

  2. Ho man, I'm really glad you posted about HitRECord! What the community does on that site is really amazing and you're really able, for me anyway, to more truely express yourself because you don't have looming thoughts about copyrights and etc. Thanks for posting this!

  3. I love HitRECord as well! Such a creative environment, I love everything they put out. Also, thank you for pushing boundaries and posting a website instead of an individual artist. I already feel my horizons broadening. :)
