Lauren Withrow is an 18 year old portrait and fashion photographer and aspiring filmmaker. Her work, like many other photographers that I admire has a dream-like quality to it that she achieves through different photoshop processes and has even been published in a book that is a collection of photographers who use photoshop in exceptional ways. There is little information beyond this on her or her work.
