1) Alec Soth is an artist living in MInnesota known for his large format studies of American Culture and the marginilization of those fully engaging with the most cliched of its aspects.
2) I chose these images because I too think about the nature of relationships in a postmodern world of diversified and unfixed identity.
3) The three photos I chose seem to demonstrate Soth's assertion that love is more work than romance.
