Lexi Wilson- Mitch Dobrowner
Dobrowner is particularly moved by shooting landscapes. He was first inspired by Ansel Adams and Minor White. To capture the pure beauty and power of nature, Dobrowner often time chases storms. He works with a very experienced storm tracker to find the images he's looking to capture. He is exhilarated by shooting in these conditions and finds it hard to put his awe with nature into words. He works in purely digital forms, but often uses the techniques he has learned from darkroom/ film experience to produce his images.

Dobrowner hopes to express each storms different personality and face in his photographs. He believes that these storms are mother nature's finest moments and hopes to do them justice in the pictures he takes. The feeling he gets when he is faced with one of these ominous storms is almost indescribable through words. He hopes to give his audience a sense of the awe he experiences from these storms through the images he produces.
