Billy name was the archivist of Andy Warhols factory from 1964 - 1970. He had a brief romance with the artist and subsequently stayed to help Warhol with many of his films and paintings. He is most importantly known for being the one who "silverized" Warhol's studio. His photographs are some of the most important documenting the pop art era.
